Terms of service

Last updated: 11/10/2026. These terms apply to the free store check and to paid monitoring on shiprateguard.com, provided by Jérémy Virant, French sole trader, SIREN 534 746 169 (“we”).

1. Who the service is for

ShipRateGuard is a service for businesses that sell online. By subscribing to monitoring, you confirm that you are acting for professional purposes, not as a consumer.

2. What the service does

The free store check asks a Shopify store's public Storefront API what a buyer from each tested country would get, and creates temporary carts to read delivery options. It sees only what any shopper can see.

Monitoring runs the same check about every 6 hours on the product pages you choose, for the countries the store declares it ships to, within the limits of your plan. It emails you when a delivery option that worked before is gone, after confirming it a few minutes later, and again when it works. It sends nothing when everything works.

PlanPriceStoresProductsCountries

Growth15 € / month1up to 5up to 25
Agency50 € / monthup to 10up to 5 per storeup to 25

Countries are those the store declares it ships to and that we support, in a fixed order of priority, up to the plan's limit.

You should only monitor a store you own or are authorised to manage. Test carts may appear in the store's analytics.

3. What it does not do

Monitoring is a safety net, not a guarantee. It checks the products you chose, a limited set of countries, at intervals: a problem affecting other products, other countries, or lasting less than a few hours may not be detected. When a live carrier rate does not answer in time, the country is reported as not confirmed and no alert is sent. Shopify may change how stores can be queried, which could interrupt the service. We do not change anything in your store.

4. Trial, price and payment

5. Cancellation

You can stop a trial at any time from the link in our emails. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing portal; monitoring and billing stop at the end of the period already paid. Periods already started are not refunded.

We may stop the service with 30 days' notice by email, and refund any period paid beyond that date. We may suspend an account immediately in case of abuse.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost sales or profits.

7. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. For paying customers, material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before they apply.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute between professionals falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Créteil, 94, France, after an attempt to settle it amicably by email.
